此機(jī)型的研制開(kāi)發(fā)結(jié)合了并采用了國(guó)內(nèi)外設(shè)備優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是一種集液壓氣壓伺服傳動(dòng)為一體的自動(dòng)成型裁斷堆垛一體機(jī)。主要電氣元件真空泵、PLC，采用日本及德國(guó)，確保設(shè)備運(yùn)行的可靠性，可用于加工多種熱成型塑料片材，本機(jī)可生產(chǎn)PS，PVC，PET，PP，PE，HIPS等各種包裝制品材料，用于食品，醫(yī)療用品，電氣元件，旅游用品，兒童玩具，紡織業(yè)等的包裝。

This machine developed by combining the domestic and foreign equipment and advantages, is a set of hydraulic pneumatic servo drive for an automatic forming cutting stacking machine. 此設(shè)備最大優(yōu)點(diǎn)是加溫區(qū)增加為三區(qū)加熱，成型模具加大，液壓系統(tǒng)采用三缸，從而使生產(chǎn)效率由過(guò)去的每分鐘12模，增加到22模，產(chǎn)量增加1倍。
